Thought for the day:
God Enlightens the mind, as he strengthens the heart, revives the spirit, replenish the body and rejoices the soul to endure and overcome our trials.
Can you
see my pain???
Today
is one of those emotional days, where memories flood my soul with laughter,
joy, pain and sorrow. The emptiness and loneliness
of once having the fullness of all your children visiting you, loving on you and
praying with to now for whatever reason most won’t even call and check on you.
What children don’t know or will ever understand is one child is never more
important than the other, you just learn to make do with what you have.
As I
sit here and smile, It’s funny how the mind locks in all phases of life,
whether good or bad, one day I even cried and said Lord do you see my
pain? Do you feel my hurt? Then I imagined that is what my Savior felt
on the cross for me. During this season
of my life I have lost so much, but O what I have gained in His Love, grace and
mercy. He constantly fills my heart with
His love. He is a heart fixer, a mind
regulator and a burden bearer. If it had
not been for the Lord on my side where would I be?
Jesus
saw my pain and felt my hurt. There is
no medicine that can stop certain pain or heal some hurts. Only Jesus can! O glory to his name for He is worthy, truly
worthy of all the praise.
See if
I had not had those pains, I would not have known the depth of God’s love. Where Satan’s aim was to destroy me; God in
His infinite love just wrapped me in His arm and held me. Carried me and healed me.
Can I
tell someone how Awesome He is? Can I
shout today….YES because He loves me… I have faced so many tomorrows.
Romans 8:35 and 39b Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?. .........shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
